Eco-design - Site Analysis:

The site layout was design on the eco-design principles of:

• Public spaces to have good sunlight during the Spring and Autumn.
• Public spaces to have good sunlight in the cooler morning and evenings in Summer.
• Private apartments to have good solar-gain during Spring and Autumn
• Private apartments to have shading to prevent solar gain during the summer.
• All apartment are to have good views of the sea to the North.
